Short Tours Description

Day  1: Arrival in Lhasa. Check in Lhasa Hotel

Day  2: In the morning visit Potala palace in the afternoon visit Jokhang temple and Barkhor street.

Day  3: Drive from Lhasa to Tsedang via Samye monastery afternoon visit Yumbulhakang. Check in at Tsedang Hotel

Day  4: Drive from Tsedang to Shigatse via Yamdrok lake afternoon visit Tashilhunpo monastery. Check in Shigatse Hotel.

Day  5: Morning drive to Gyangtse and visit Pelchoe monastery afternoon drive to New Tingri. Check in Mt.Everest Hotel.

Day  6: Drive from New Tingri to Rongpuk. Visit Mt.Everest and Rongpuk. In the afternoon drive back Shigatse. Check in Shigatse Hotel.

Day  7: Drive back to Lhasa. In the afternoon visit Summer palace and the Tibetan museum. Check in Lhasa hotel.

Day  8: Visit Drepung monastery and Sera monastery.

Day  9: Free Day  in Lhasa.

Day  10: After Lunch Departure.

Optional day: One extra Day  at Namtso Lake and Yangbachen Hot spring

If you are a group on your own, departures are whenever you wish.

If your are looking for other people to join you, we can have a look at the demands we had. Maybe we can help you to find some travel companions to make the trip with you. This is however not easy because each person has different dates and wishes. The easiest is to be a group on your own.

If you travel alone and want to join a group, we offer fixed tour departures those days:

Group Size

2 to 12 people

Normally the group size is a minimum of two people per trip. However if some people desire to travel alone, we can book the tour for a single person. The price will be 75% of the price for a 2 person tour.
